Jessica Pashko is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and certified yoga teacher. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Sciences and a Master’s of Science in Dietetics from the University of Vermont. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Sangha Studio.
Jessica’s background is in medical nutrition therapy, behavior change theory, culinary nutrition and sustainable food systems. Her nutrition philosophy is that food is nourishment, pleasure and community. Jessica offers a holistic approach to nutritional well-being by weaving together the principles of nutrition therapy with yoga.
Jessica helps clients identify where they are on their road to recovery and guides them along each step of the way with unconditional support. She offers guided movement, meditation and breathwork to help clients bring compassionate awareness to the self. From this place of self-awareness, clients can cultivate confidence to challenge and separate from harmful thinking patterns, creating space for the celebration of self.
